Xiang Yao is an associate professor at the Department of Management and Social Psychology and vice dean in School of Psychological and Cognitive Sciences, Peking University. He earned his Ph.D. in Psychology from Peking University. His research interests include Implementation and Validity Verification of field intervention, Individual creativity and Organization innovation, Employee adjustment and Socialization intervention, Emotional Labor and Occupational health, Measurement and Assessment Technology in Human Resources
