林沐雨研究员毕业于北京大学,2010年获得心理学学士学位及哲学双学士学位,2015年获得心理学博士学位(临床心理学方向)。2013年至2014年,曾于美国波士顿大学Stefan Hofmann课题组任访问学者。2015年获得德国亚历山大·冯·洪堡基金会博士后奖学金,2015年至2019年在德国波鸿鲁尔大学临床心理学与心理治疗系、Jürgen Margraf课题组开展博士后研究。2019年至2023年任职于德国柏林洪堡大学、柏林心脑研究院临床心理学与社会认知系,在Isabel Dziobek课题组任助理研究员。2024年至2025年,任柏林洪堡大学儿童与青少年临床心理学与心理治疗系教授。2025年6月,入职北京大学心理与认知科学学院。
林沐雨研究员是中国心理学会会员,中国临床与咨询心理学专业机构和专业人员注册系统注册心理师(2017年起)及注册督导师(2025年起),同时是国际孤独症研究协会(International Society for Autism Research,INSAR)会员及德国孤独症研究协会(Autismus-Forschungs-Kooperation,AFK)会员。
林沐雨研究员的研究重点是多模态探索社交困难与社交障碍的机制及其干预路径,研究内容涵盖情绪问题(如社交焦虑)、社会认知障碍(如孤独症谱系)与人际创伤(如欺凌经历)等。同时,也关注积极心理学、跨文化心理学因素以及循证干预的实践科学。
科学研究应以诚信为本。临床心理学的研究旨在理解人的差异与痛苦,发展并评估有效的干预方案。我们欢迎关心不同群体、致力于高质量科学研究的青年学者加入实验室。林沐雨研究员的课题组将于2026年起正式运行,欢迎博士研究生、硕士研究生、本科生及实习生加入。鼓励具备交叉学科背景(如计算机科学、生命科学、医学、社会学等)的同学申请,直博生建议于申请当年5月前联系林沐雨研究员。
每个人的独特性既带来优势,也可能带来挑战。人际互动是日常生活的重要组成部分,良好的社交体验有助于建立自信,而持续的社交困难则可能严重影响个体的生活质量、心理健康以及社会功能。
社交困难的成因复杂多样,涉及多个层面的心理与社会因素,包括:情绪问题(如社交焦虑、抑郁情绪)、社会认知功能的差异(如孤独症谱系特征)、负性经历(如欺凌与人际创伤)、以及家庭与文化背景(如成长环境、性别角色、文化认同)等。
本团队采用多模态方法,结合质性研究、问卷调查、行为实验、生理测量、脑成像技术与人工智能分析等手段,系统探索不同群体社交困难背后的心理机制。同时,围绕特定人群的心理健康需求,致力于开发更为精准、高效的干预策略与实践路径。
